1.2. In this NETWORK, buyers are encouraged to adhere to the individual cancellation and refund policies specified by each respective Seller.

ONDC SELLER POLICIES

2.1. Operating as a marketplace with multiple sellers, ONDC embraces the principle of seller autonomy. Each seller is empowered to list its own transaction-level contract, outlining specific terms related to cancellations and refunds.

2.2. Buyers are urged to carefully review and comply with the policies set forth by the respective sellers.

2.3. In cases where sellers have not explicitly defined their policies, the default ONDC policies pertaining to cancellations and refunds will prevail.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS:

3.1. Users of the Zion Commerce Buyer Application can place orders for products and services.

3.2. Cancellation of orders is allowed on a case-to-case basis, and users are required to adhere to the cancellation policy specified by the specific Sellers and details listed on the product page.

3.3. Zion Commerce strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of product listings, prices, and availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

4.1. Users can cancel their orders based on the cancellation policy provided by the respective Sellers and details listed on the product page.

4.2. The cancellation policy may include specific timelines within which cancellations are allowed.

4.3. Users are encouraged to review and understand the cancellation policy before placing an order.

REFUNDS:

5.1. Refunds are permitted on a case-to-case basis, and users are required to adhere to the refund policy specified by the specific Sellers and details listed on the product page.

5.2. Refunds may be initiated based on the cancellation policy and the specific circumstances of the order.

5.3. Zion Commerce reserves the right to determine refund eligibility and conditions.

5.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or through an alternative method specified by Zion Commerce.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION:

6.1. Buyers and Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the order process.

6.2. Zion Commerce is not liable for errors, inaccuracies, or omissions resulting from inaccurate user-provided information.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, Zion Commerce Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the user's use of the Zion Commerce Buyer Application, including but not limited to errors, inaccuracies, omissions, interruptions, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the user's use of the app.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS:

8.1. Zion Commerce reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to the Zion Commerce Buyer Application at any time and for any reason, without notice.

CHANGES TO TERMS:

9.1. Zion Commerce may update or modify these terms at its discretion.

9.2. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any changes.

9.3. Continued use of the Zion Commerce Buyer Application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
